Lake Tahoe is a single pigment slightly warm blue that works well as an atmospheric distant color. When mixed into tints (by adding white), it becomes increasingly ethereal and lovely.

Paint Sticks may be melted with at least twice as much medium to make brushable encaustic paint. For encaustic monotypes, use the Paint Stick directly on a hot surface such as the Roland HotBox for the most intensity.
