This Paint Stick is one of the more expensive, rare special colors. The pigment cost is very high and the color result is incredible.

Dilute with medium to make brushable encaustic paint or use the Paint Stick straight for working on warmed paper.

The photo is of INDIAN YELLOW extended with medium, then painted one layer onto white paper, then covered with clear medium. This color is granular with very small nearly copper colored grains and the washes extend out to the most luminous of warm yellows.
